1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Single Number Pty Ltd (ABN 85 697 614 743), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Services

Single Number Pty Ltd provides unified business communication services including virtual phone systems, VoIP and SIP trunking, mobile twinning, number porting, call analytics, and related telecommunications solutions. The specific features, limitations, and service levels applicable to your account will be outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering for or using our services.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable Australian laws, including the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
• Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including spam, harassment, or unsolicited telemarketing.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our services are provided with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the ACL. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to, at our option, re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

• Single Number Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party carriers, internet outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website, software, branding, and service materials (including the "Single Number" name and logo) are owned by or licensed to Single Number Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if:

• You breach any term of this agreement and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice.
• You use our services in violation of applicable laws.
• Your account remains unpaid after the due date.

Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding amounts. We will return your data (including call recordings) upon request, subject to standard retrieval fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
